Games and on-chain features
Gameplay rules, matchmaking, and scoring are provided as-is. Where the Service integrates wallets, tokens, or blockchain networks, you acknowledge that networks can be congested, upgraded, or otherwise change outside our control. You are solely responsible for your keys, wallets, and compliance with laws in your jurisdiction.
No investment or financial advice
Nothing on the Service is financial, legal, or tax advice. Token interfaces, links to third parties, and in-game references to assets are informational. Digital assets can lose value; past performance does not predict future results.
Acceptable use
You will not interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, cheat, harass others, or use automated means in a way that degrades stability or fairness. We may rate-limit, block, or remove content or access when we detect abuse.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, METAFORRA and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
